CCI Colocation & CMUG Integration meetings 2024

16-18 October 2024

  • 16 oktober 2024 - 18 oktober 2024
  • ECSAT, Harwell, Oxfordshire, OX11 0FD, UK (in-person event)
  • climate.office@esa.int

The annual CMUG integration and CCI colocation meetings will take place on 16th and 17-18 October 2024 at the ESA ECSAT conference centre, UK.

The meetings bring all project teams to firmly establish scientific coherency between the ECV projects; provide updates on ESA and programme-wide issues; and ensure best practice across areas of common interest. The meetings also support continued and close coordination with our partners including operational climate service providers, the wider modelling community and policy-makers and aligned scientific initiatives.

Below you will find details of both meetings' agenda and logistics, including the evening drinks reception and science poster session in Oxford on 17 October.

Attendance & registration

This in-person meeting is by invitation only. A registration link will be sent to Science Leaders and Project Managers by email during the week commencing 19 August. The registration deadline is 7 October.

All Science Leaders are expected to attend and participate to both meetings plus at least one other key team member, such as the Project Manager or member of the CRG. Science Leaders and Project Managers can extend the meeting invite two additional team members at their discretion.

Remote meeting access: both the CMUG integration and CCI colocation meetings will be streamed for registrants unable to attend in person. Note, the ability to ask questions will be limited to those attending in person. Login details will be shared to registered individuals one week before the meeting.
