Jamie Shutler presented OC4C work at the OBP workshop in October

On 17 October 2024 our project scientific lead Jamie Shutler and friend of the project Andy Jessup, (University of Washington) were panelists discussing recommended practices for skin temperature observations: a way towards high quality air-sea interaction measurements.
