Roser Majoral Moliné 2019 Award received for a FireCCI50 scientific article

Prize for best paper published in international journals

During the XXVI Congress of the Spanish Association of Geographers, held on 22-25 October 2019 at Valencia, Spain, the article "Generation and analysis of a new burned area product based on MODIS 250m reflectance bands and thermal anomalies" was awarded the Roser Majoral Moliné 2019 price for the best paper published in international journals. The objective of this award is to recognize the contribution of the geographical research in its different fields, with a strong emphasis in its international projection.
