Little Pictures Gallery

A showcase of data-driven Little Pictures of climate

Welcome to our gallery featuring a collection of Little Pictures!

These data-driven images provide a visual narrative. They distil complex science and aim to highlight our climate's recent evolution. Little Pictures have the power to raise awareness, stimulate and prompt climate action.

Little Pictures use satellite-derived climate data records from the European Space Agency, EUMETSAT and reanalyses from ECWMF Copernicus Climate Change Service.

We are proud to showcase the winning entry to the 2023 'Little Pictures of Climate' competition, entitled 'Urban and rainforest regions in Brazil' by France-based science illustrator, Sacha Berna - along with ten impressive runners up and join our existing stable of Little Pictures.
